Can I cap how many people book each class?

Yes. Every class has its own capacity. Once a class is full the AI stops taking bookings for it and offers the person the next available class or a spot on the waitlist, so you never end up with more bookings than mats or machines. If someone later cancels, the freed place is offered to the waitlist automatically. Waitlist auto-fill is part of the Front Desk plan.

Can members book a specific trainer for personal training?
