Where does the deposit money actually go?

Straight to your own account. Deposits and prepaid packs settle through Razorpay, UPI, or international cards directly to the merchant, and Welqo takes 0% commission on any of it. We never hold or route your customers' payments through us.

What happens to the deposit if the customer doesn't show up?

You can set the deposit as non-refundable, so a no-show simply forfeits it — the money is already in your account. If the customer reschedules within your rules, the deposit carries over to the new appointment instead.

Can I take a full prepayment instead of just a partial deposit?

Yes. You can require a partial deposit that comes off the final bill, or charge the full amount upfront as a prepay. Prepaid packs (like a bundle of sessions) settle to your account the same way, at 0% commission.
